Upon placing an order on Atifbop, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received your order.

2. Order Processing Time
When Atifbop receives your order, we will process your order and ship it within 3 working days, and a shipping email will be sent to your mailbox after delivery.

3. Shipping time
After Atifbop mails your order product, it will be delivered to you within 3-7 working days. The specific time may fluctuate due to various uncertainties such as weather, distance, holidays, etc., but in case of such a situation affecting the delivery time, we will give you an email to tell you the specific situation.

4. Order Fulfillment and Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

5. Shipping Fees（U.S. only）

Based on the order value, the following charges apply:

  • USS7.00 for orders under USS10.00
  • USS5.00 for orders under USS20.00
  • USS3.00 for orders under USS29.99
  • Free shipping for all other cases.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Please be aware of this policy when making a purchase.

6. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
If you don't like it, you can return used items as well.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
