If you receive an item and find that it does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the comfort, you may return it within 90 days of receipt.

When you order our products from Amazon, please contact their customer service since all billing orders are separate from our website and we are not able to make any refund adjustment using the 17- digit order number.
